Damage to our Gandhinagar building from the earthquake has now been repaired. We are still expecting some orphaned children from the earthquake zone. One reason they are slow in coming is that the government (to its credit) has given a stipend for the care of each child. As this is phased out, there will likely be children needing care.

At left, Manager Kalaben and her husband, Mukesh. Through the efforts of an Ottawa Support Group, a laptop computer was dontated to our Gandhinagar Home. Manager Kalaben will be able to work more effectively with the computer.
