Mr Chimi, the District Officer (a Tibetan), is giving Bonnie the Official Permission to help with the orphanage. Nepal co-ordinator Arjun is applauding. It's written in Tibetan, so she doesn't know for sure what it says. On her next trip he invited Bonnie and her friends to his house for tea, and thanked them for coming to Tibet in China, and also India and Nepal. He wished her a long life. (Bonnie says, "A lot of people are wishing me a long life!")
