The Maitreya Foundation (New Delhi) has 21 Tibetan refugee children.
Child Haven is the main support for the home.
Dakpa Rinpoche is in charge. He is also in charge of some 17 monasteries in Tibet in China, but has never been there having been born in India. He is trying to obtain a visa to visit Tibet.
